Measure just above the wrist bone with a soft tape or strip of paper, snug but not tight.
A bracelet is a little longer than the wrist it goes round. Add about 1.3 cm for a snug fit, 2 cm for a comfortable one that moves, and 2.5 cm for a loose, dangly fit. Chunky beads use up length on the inside, so they need a little more.

Women's bracelets are most often 17 to 18 cm (7 in). Men's are usually 19 to 21 cm (7.5 to 8.5 in).
