Measure the mattress depth at the edge, from bottom seam to top.
Fitted sheet pocket = mattress depth plus 2 in. A 12 in deep queen mattress needs a 14 in pocket, a deep pocket sheet. Add a 2 in topper and you need 16 in. The flat sheet should be at least 104 × 112 in.
