Glasses Size Calculator

Enter your face width from temple to temple, your nose width and your pupillary distance if you know it. The calculator gives the frame size in the usual three-number form, such as 52-18-140, and compares the frame with your PD.

Measure across your face at eye level from one temple to the other, in a mirror with a ruler.

Glasses are sized by three numbers printed inside the arm. They are lens width, bridge width and temple length, in millimetres. A face 132 mm wide with an average nose suits about 52-18-140. Frames within 2 mm of your size will usually fit.
