The advertised size is the screen diagonal, not the width.
A 16:9 TV is 0.872 times its diagonal wide and 0.49 times tall. A 65 in TV with 8 mm bezels is about 57.3 × 32.5 in, or 145 × 83 cm. It fits a 160 cm cabinet with 15 cm to spare and usually uses a 400 × 400 VESA mount.
