300 dpi is the usual print quality. 240 dpi is often fine for small prints.
A wallet size photo is 2.5 × 3.5 in, about 64 × 89 mm. At 300 dpi each needs 750 × 1,050 pixels. An 8 × 10 in sheet fits 8 wallets and a 5 × 7 fits 4, so 24 wallet photos need 3 sheets of 8 × 10.
