Measure the firebox from the inside of the door to the back.
Cut logs about 3 in shorter than the firebox, a full cord is 128 cu ft. A 19 in firebox takes 16 in logs. An 8 ft long, 4 ft high stack of 16 in logs is 42.7 cu ft, which is one face cord or 0.33 of a full cord.
